These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Nimansé website, located at https://www.nimanse.com/. By accessing our website, we assume that you accept the terms of use undermentioned.
REVISIONS
Nimansé reserves the right to revise these Policies and Terms of Use at any time in such manner as Nimansé shall, at its sole direction, determine. All typographical errors in any quotation, in the Policies and Terms of Use or on the website and/or Online Store shall be subject to correction by Nimansé.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Jewellery items purchased on this website can only be exchanged within 14 days following the delivery.
- The right to exchange jewellery can only be exercised when the products are in original condition and have not been used, worn or damaged.
- For all exchanges to be valid, there must be proof of purchase. This is an integral part of Nimanse’s exchange policy.
- Engraved or embossed products, as well as custom-made jewellery, cannot be exchanged. However, made-to-order jewellery can only be exchanged if agreed to by Nimansé.
REFUND POLICY
- Cash refunds are not accepted.
- Engraved or embossed products, as well as custom made jewellery cannot be refunded.
AFTERCARE POLICY
Nimansé provides an aftercare policy for each piece of jewellery purchased on this website within one calendar year of purchase. As such, Nimansé will provide polishing and plating as well as resizing of items at one instance free of charge. Please note that all aftercare requests will be subjected to strict evaluation by Nimansé.
DELIVERY POLICY
- Nimansé provides delivery for items brought on this website within Sri Lanka. Should you require an item to be delivered to an address outside Sri Lanka please contact admin@nimanse.com for necessary support and coordination.
- Free delivery is provided for items purchased on this website to any address within the area of Colombo 01 – 15.
- To ensure you a hassle-free delivery experience, all delivery charges will be specified online and there shall not be any unexpected charges on delivery.
- Delivery may take 4 – 7 business days.
- An order will only be processed when the funds are realised in our bank account. For each delivery you will receive an invoice that will be sent to your email address. We will call and make prior appointments before each delivery and the package will be handed over only to the recipient mentioned in the customer details form.
- Given the items are valuable in nature, all orders require a signature upon receipt.
- As we are unable to redirect orders once items have been handed over to the courier, kindly ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
